Accor Corporate Double Points
Accor is offering double Reward points for corporate travelers. The promotion runs for stays between September 1 and December 15, 2026. This offer targets employees of specific companies who book their organization’s negotiated corporate rates.
The bonus applies to stays at over 5,000 participating Accor properties worldwide. It allows you to earn points twice as fast on routine business trips, but it requires strict adherence to specific booking and payment rules.
Eligibility Requirements
This promotion is not open to the general public. It is restricted to employees of specific partner companies that have corporate agreements with Accor. The full list includes over a hundred major organizations, such as Microsoft, BMW, Accenture, DHL, and Siemens.
You must also have an active ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty account to participate. The promotion does not depend on your current elite status tier; basic and elite members earn the same double points multiplier.
Core Rules and Activation
You must register for the promotion before you make a reservation. Bookings made prior to clicking the activation link on the Accor website will not earn the bonus points.
Here are the primary conditions for eligible stays:
- Registration: You must activate the offer via the official promotion page before booking.
- Travel Dates: You must book and complete your stay between September 1 and December 15, 2026 (Central European Time).
- Stay Length: The bonus applies to a maximum of 7 nights per stay.
- Frequency: There is no limit to the number of times you can use this offer during the promotional period.
Acceptable Booking Channels
To qualify for the double points, you must book your corporate negotiated rate through approved channels. You can use your company’s preferred Travel Management Company (TMC) or internal online booking tool.
Alternatively, you can book directly through Accor. This includes the official Accor website, the mobile app, the call center, or directly at the hotel reception desk.
Booking through third-party online travel agencies (OTAs) like Expedia, Booking.com, or Agoda will automatically disqualify your stay.
A practical step is to verify that your ALL member number is saved in your corporate booking portal profile. This ensures the booking tool passes your loyalty number to the hotel, recognizing your registration for the promotion automatically.
Payment and Stay Restrictions
How you pay for your room matters. Any stay paid partly or entirely with ALL Reward points will not earn the bonus points. Even if you use a small amount of points to lower your bill by a few euros, the entire stay becomes ineligible. You should pay the full balance using your corporate or personal credit card to ensure you receive the double points.
Accor also has strict rules regarding consecutive stays. Checking out and checking back into the same hotel on the same day counts as a single stay.
Because this promotion caps the bonus at 7 nights per stay, a continuous 10-night trip at one hotel will only earn double points for the first 7 nights. If you need to maximize points on a trip lasting longer than a week, you will need to switch to a different Accor hotel in the same city for the remaining nights. This resets the stay counter.
Missing Points Claims
Your base and bonus Reward points should appear in your ALL account within 10 days of your check-out date.
If the points do not post after the 10-day window, you will need to submit a missing points claim through Accor customer support. When contacting them, provide the promotional reference code 021096. This specific reference number helps the customer care team locate the exact offer terms and manually credit your account faster.
