ALL Accor 2X Points Promotion on Stays and Dining Across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa

ALL Accor is running a year-end festive promotion covering two separate earning categories: hotel stays and restaurant dining. Registered members can earn double Reward points on stays of two or more nights through March 2027, as well as double Reward points on standalone dining transactions through mid-December 2026 across 50 countries and territories in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Promotion Overview and Key Dates

The promotion (reference code 20330) is split into the 2X Stay offer and the 2X Dine offer. While a single registration activates both components, the valid dates for completing stays and dining transactions differ.

Members must log in and activate the offer on the promotion page before making a hotel reservation or paying for a meal. Bookings made prior to registration do not qualify for bonus points. If you already hold a flexible reservation within the stay window and rates have not increased, cancel and rebook after registering so the stay tracks properly.

Participating Countries and Territories

Both the stay and dining offers apply only at participating properties located in the following 50 countries and territories:

• Asia Pacific: Australia, Cambodia, Fiji Islands, French Polynesia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
• Middle East and Turkey: Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates.
• Africa: Benin, Botswana, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritania, Mauritius, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, St Helena, Senegal, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.

Notice that Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) as well as Europe and the Americas are not included in this regional promotion. Members residing anywhere in the world can participate as long as they stay or dine at a participating venue within the listed countries.

Rules for the 2X Stay Offer

To earn double Reward points on accommodations, each reservation must cover at least two consecutive nights at the same participating hotel. Single-night stays do not trigger the bonus.

The 2X multiplier is calculated strictly on the base Reward points earned at the Classic membership tier. Elite status bonus points and Status points are excluded from the calculation. After check-out, points post to your account within 10 days in two separate transactions: the first transaction credits your regular stay points (including any elite tier bonuses), and the second transaction credits the promotional bonus equal to your Classic base points.

Several booking restrictions apply to the stay portion of this offer:

• Direct Booking Channels: Reservations must be made through official Accor channels (website, mobile app, call center, or directly with the hotel) or through a traditional travel agency connected directly to the Accor reservation system. Third-party online travel agencies such as Expedia or Booking.com are excluded.
• Back-to-Back Stays: Checking out and checking back into the same hotel on the same day counts as a single continuous stay and earns the bonus only once.
• Multiple Rooms: A single reservation containing multiple rooms counts as one stay. Accor uses the earliest check-out date among the rooms to calculate eligible nights and points, meaning you receive points and night credits based on the room vacated first. If your rooms have different departure dates, book them under separate reservations to prevent points loss.
• Offer Combinability: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional point offers. If a stay qualifies for multiple registered promotions, Accor credits only the points from the single most generous offer.

Rules for the 2X Dine Offer and the Room Charge Trap

The dining component awards double Reward points at participating restaurants and bars—including takeaway orders placed directly with the venue—through December 13, 2026. No hotel stay is required to earn the dining bonus, and the minimum spend is 1 EUR (approximately $1.10 USD). Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Careem, or Talabat do not qualify.

One specific rule requires careful attention when dining at an Accor property during an active stay:

• Direct Settlement Required: You must provide your ALL Accor membership number and settle the bill directly at the restaurant or bar upon finishing your meal.
• Room Charges Excluded: Dining and bar bills charged to a guest room folio (Room Charge) are explicitly ineligible for the 2X Dine promotion.

Normally, charging meals to your room is convenient, and during a 2+ night stay those charges would otherwise be subject to the 2X Stay bonus. However, if you are staying for only one night (which does not meet the two-night minimum for the 2X Stay offer) or staying at a hotel where dining rates differ from stay earning rates, charging the meal to your room will forfeit the 2X Dine bonus entirely. For one-night stays before December 13, 2026, always pay your restaurant bill directly at the venue rather than charging it to your room.

Evaluating the Point Return

ALL Accor operates a fixed-value points system where 2,000 Reward points redeem for 40 EUR (roughly $44 USD) off hotel bills, giving each point a fixed value of 2 Euro cents (about 2.2 US cents).

At most full-service Accor brands (such as Pullman, Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, and Swissôtel), Classic members earn 25 Reward points per 10 EUR spent. Doubling the Classic base adds another 25 points per 10 EUR, which equals an extra 5% rebate on your pre-tax spending:

At economy brands such as ibis and ibis Styles, where the base earning rate is 12.5 points per 10 EUR, the 2X bonus adds 2.5% in extra return (bringing a Classic member’s total return from 2.5% to 5%).

For standalone dining without a stay, ALL Accor awards 1 base Reward point per 1 EUR spent (a 2% base return). With the 2X Dine promotion active, you earn 2 Reward points per 1 EUR spent, raising the effective rebate on restaurant bills to 4%.

How to Maximize This Promotion

Because the stay window runs through March 31, 2027, this promotion covers year-end holidays, New Year travel, and first-quarter trips in 2027 across major destinations like Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, the Maldives, and the United Arab Emirates.

If you have tentative travel plans between now and the end of March 2027, register for the offer first and lock in flexible rates before the December 13, 2026 booking deadline. Any reservation booked after December 13 will not earn the 2X bonus, even if the stay takes place before March 31, 2027.
