- 30% Discount: Applies to Luxury, Lifestyle, and Premium brands. This includes Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, Voco, EVEN, and Crowne Plaza.
- 25% Discount: Applies to Essential and Suites brands. This includes Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn, Garner, avid, Atwell Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites.
Key Dates and Booking Requirements
To use this promotion, you must meet specific booking and stay requirements.
- Booking Window: August 25 through August 30, 2026.
- Stay Window: August 30 through October 11, 2026.
- Advance Purchase: Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to your arrival date.
- Deposit: No upfront deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: You must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within the 7-day window, the hotel will charge a penalty fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.
California residents booking hotels within the state have a slight exception to the cancellation rule. You can cancel without penalty within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation, provided the booking was made at least 72 hours before check-in.
