There is a secondary earning opportunity for stays that fall during Thanksgiving week, specifically between November 21 and November 30, 2026.
If your eligible stay includes dates within this Thanksgiving window, you will earn the Double Elite Night Credits plus double (2X) base points on your spending. Members normally earn 5 base points per dollar spent on the platform.
Qualification Requirements

- Payment Method: The reservation must be a cash booking paid with a credit card. Award redemptions using points do not qualify.
Practical Advice for Booking
When planning a stay around this promotion, the minimum spend requirement requires careful calculation. The $1,750 threshold applies strictly to the base rental rate.
Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, and security deposits do not count toward the $1,750 minimum. When viewing a property on the Homes & Villas platform, look closely at the price breakdown before confirming your reservation to ensure the base rate alone clears the requirement.
You also need to plan around the timeline for receiving your Elite Night Credits. Standard credits and points typically post to your Marriott Bonvoy account within 72 hours after checkout.
However, the bonus Elite Night Credits from this promotion operate on a delayed schedule. They will not post to your account until after the promotion ends. Expect to see the bonus credits deposited between December 15 and December 31, 2026.
If you are relying on these bonus credits to reach Platinum or Titanium status, you will not be able to use the benefits of that new status tier for any stays you have planned in October or November. The bonus credits will, however, count toward your 2026 status earning year.
Finally, ensure your booking is made directly through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website. Rentals booked through third-party platforms, as well as stays at traditional Marriott hotel brands or executive apartments, are entirely excluded from this offer.
