ALL – Accor Live Limitless has a new promotion offering members quadruple (4x) Reward points for stays at select newly opened or recently renovated properties.
This promotion provides a straightforward way to increase your Reward points balance if you have upcoming travel plans that align with the participating locations. The bonus points can later be redeemed for future hotel stays or transferred to partner airline frequent flyer programs.
Here is a detailed breakdown of how the promotion works, the exact eligibility rules, and practical steps to ensure your points track correctly.
Promotion Dates and Deadlines
To participate, you need to be aware of two separate timeframes: the booking window and the stay window.
Your registration and booking must be completed between September 28, 2026, and November 22, 2026.
The actual hotel stay must take place between September 28, 2026, and March 28, 2027.
This gives you a wide six-month window to complete the stay, provided you lock in the reservation before the late-November booking deadline.
Essential Rules for Eligibility
Accor promotions have strict tracking mechanisms. Missing a single step will prevent the bonus points from posting to your account.
To ensure you receive the 4x points, follow these rules:
- Register before booking: You must click the registration button on the promotional page before you make your reservation. Bookings made prior to registration do not qualify.
- One-time use: The 4x multiplier applies to only one stay per member during the promotional period.
- First stay triggers the bonus: The bonus is automatically applied to the very first stay you book and complete after registering.
- Minimum length of stay: The reservation must be for at least one night.
- Direct bookings only: You must book directly through Accor. This includes the Accor website, the ALL mobile app, the Accor call center, or directly at the hotel desk.
- No third-party bookings: Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Expedia, Booking.com, or Agoda are entirely excluded from earning points.
- Provide your member number: Enter your ALL membership number during the booking process and present your loyalty card (or digital app card) at the reception desk during check-in.
How the Points Are Calculated and Credited
Accor calculates promotional bonus points based on the “Classic” membership tier rate. This means the 4x multiplier applies to the standard base points you earn for the monetary value of your room, regardless of whether you hold Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status.
If you earn 250 base points for a stay, the 4x promotion adds an extra 750 bonus points, bringing your total promotional earnings to 1,000 points.
When you check out, the points will not appear all at once. Accor credits these promotional points in two separate transactions. The standard base points will post first. A second transaction containing the bonus points will follow. Both sets of points will appear in your ALL account within 10 days of your checkout date.
Managing Multiple Rooms and Back-to-Back Stays
If you are traveling with a group and booking multiple rooms under your name, the bonus points will only apply to one room. Accor uses the room with the earliest check-out date to calculate the points.
Additionally, consecutive nights at the same hotel are treated as a single stay. Checking out and checking back into the same hotel on the same day will not reset the promotion or count as a second stay.
Participating Hotel Locations
The promotion is limited to a specific list of new and renovated properties. Accor updates this list every 60 days, so the options will rotate throughout the promotional window.
Currently, the list includes several dozen properties globally across various brand tiers. Some notable locations include:
- Europe: Sofitel London St James, Hoxton Southwark, TRIBE Paris Suresnes, Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Kvarner Bay, ibis Antwerp City Center.
- Asia-Pacific: Mercure Tokyo Hibiya, TRIBE Bali Legian, Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay, Grand Mercure Dalat Resort, Mercure Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun.
- Americas: Treasure Island TI Las Vegas – Handwritten Collection, Mondrian Cancun, Sofitel Ipanema Rio, Park Royal Miami Beach.
- Middle East & Africa: Gamra Mountain Resort by Mantis.
If a hotel is not explicitly on the participating list at the time of your booking, it will not trigger the bonus. Stays at onefinestay properties are also excluded from this offer.
Strategy to Maximize the Offer
Because this promotion is strictly limited to one use per member, and it automatically attaches to the first stay you complete after registering, timing your registration is important.
If you have several Accor stays planned over the next few months, do not register immediately if your first upcoming stay is a cheap, one-night reservation. The promotion will lock onto that inexpensive stay, yielding very few bonus points.
Instead, wait to register until right before you book your most expensive planned stay within the booking window. By directing the 4x multiplier toward a longer or higher-priced reservation, you will maximize the return on the promotion.
