10k Points Every 2 Nights at Ruby Hotels
IHG One Rewards has launched a new promotion for stays at Ruby Hotels. Members can earn 10,000 bonus points for every two qualifying nights completed during the active promotion period.
This offer applies specifically to the Ruby Hotels brand, which features properties across several major European cities.
Promotion Dates and Registration
You must register your IHG One Rewards account for this specific offer to participate. Unregistered stays will not trigger the bonus points, even if they meet all other criteria.
The schedule for this promotion is broken down into specific registration and travel windows:
- Pre-Registration: July 9, 2026 – July 23, 2026
- Stay Period: July 24, 2026 – November 4, 2026
- Late Registration: You can still register during the stay period until November 4, 2026.
Registering your account immediately ensures that any last-minute bookings during the travel window are automatically tracked for the bonus.
Qualifying Stays and Rate Rules
To earn the 10,000 points, you need to accumulate two qualifying nights at a participating Ruby Hotel. These two nights do not need to be consecutive. You can stay one night in August and another night in October, and the system will combine them to award the points.
Your stays must meet standard qualifying criteria to count toward this promotion:
- Minimum Spend: The nightly room rate must be at least $30 USD (or the equivalent in local currency).
- Booking Channel: You must book directly through IHG. Reservations made through third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com or Expedia are completely excluded.
- Eligible Rates: You must book a standard paid rate. Rooms booked using Reward Nights or Points & Cash combinations will not earn the bonus points.
Managing Multiple Rooms and Group Travel
If you are planning a trip with family or friends and require more than one room, plan your bookings carefully to maximize your points return.
IHG systems will only apply promotion credit to one room per member per night. If you book three rooms under your name for the same weekend, you will only earn qualifying nights for one of them. To solve this, have other travelers in your group sign up for an IHG One Rewards account, register for the promotion, and book the additional rooms under their own names.
Additionally, if two registered members share a single room, only the member whose name is on the reservation will receive the qualifying nights and bonus points.
Point Allocation and Timelines
The 10,000 bonus points you earn from this promotion are added on top of your standard base points and any existing elite status multipliers.
Be aware that these promotional bonus points do not count toward earning or maintaining IHG Elite Status. They are solely for redemption purposes.
After you check out of your second qualifying night, it can take up to six weeks for the 10,000 points to post to your account. Once they arrive, they function like standard IHG points and can be redeemed for Reward Nights at any property within the IHG portfolio.
