Starwood 喜達屋酒店集團公布了 SPG 2017 年酒店等級調整。新調整將在 3 月 7 日起實施，有兌換需求和出行計劃的會員，請參考級別調整詳情，合理安排出行和預訂。這次調整，中國區的 SPG 酒店級別較多的是降級，這意味着會員可以用更少的 SPG Starpoints 積分兌換免費房晚。也就是說，在兌換這些酒店房晚時，無形中你的 Starpoints 積分「升值了」。

SPG 這次酒店等級調整，中國區有 52 家酒店變更，51 家酒店都是下調 1 級，只有一家 Aloft Guangzhou Tianhe 是從 Cat1 上調到 Cat2。對中國的 SPG 會員來說，這次調整可以說是一次福音，今年又是一個出遊好時機了。
