促銷條款：
The New Hotels Opening Promotion (the 「Promotion」) is valid only for selected bookings made from 26 October 2023 to 5 January 2024 (both dates inclusive) (「Booking Dates」) for stays at newly opening participating IHG® branded hotels and resorts in Southeast Asia, Japan, Australasia and South Pacific Islands (the 「Participating Hotels」) from the Opening Date of the Hotel up to six (6) months from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel using the 「Book Early & Save with Breakfast」 rate during the Booking Dates.
The Promotion offers a discount of up to 20% off the hotel's Best Flexible Rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate and IHG One Rewards members will be eligible to receive up to an additional 10% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels. Specific dates when the Promotion is available may vary at Participating Hotels and availability will be specified at the time of booking. Rates are per room, per night for up to two adults sharing a room and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Rate includes breakfast for one or two guests sharing a room. Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas hotels or Mr & Mrs Smith hotels are not included in this Promotion.
Promotion is valid at Participating Hotels which open under an IHG brand and is valid for a period up to six (6) months from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel. Opening Dates of Participating Hotels in this Promotion will vary – see details of the Opening Date and the expiry date of this Promotion on the booking page of each Participating Hotel. Promotion is valid for varying length of stay with a minimum length of stay of 1 night. Some Participating Hotels may require a longer minimum length of stay and that will be specified at time of booking. Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival at the hotel. The Book Early and Save rate is non-refundable, with full prepayment for the entire stay is due at the time of booking. No refunds if cancelled or changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of booking and say of arrival for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.
The Promotion is valid at Participating Hotels which are opening under an IHG brand and which are located in Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific Islands. See our website for full details of newly opening Participating Hotels included in this Promotion.
The Promotion offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. At Holiday Inn, Kids 12 years and under stay for free sharing parent's guest room in existing bedding and eat free from the all-day dining restaurant with an accompanying paying adult guest.
Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges are not included. Any other In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Rates are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel's local currency. Hotel specific early departure fee applies.
IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
