促銷條款：

The 'Escape Your Everyday' Sale Promotion (the 「Promotion」) is valid only for selected bookings made  from April 15, 2024 to May 15, 2024 (both dates inclusive) (「Booking Dates」), for stays between April 18, 2024 to September 2, 2024 (both dates inclusive). Promotion available to IHG One Rewards Members on IHG direct booking channels using the 'Escape Your Everyday' rate. 

  • The Promotion offers savings of up to 30% off of the hotel's Best Flexible Rate which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate. Rates are per room, per night and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates.
  • Valid for stays between April 18, 2024 – September 2, 2024 (both dates inclusive). Bookings must be made three (3) days in advance of your check-in date and minimum length of stay may be required at select hotels.
  • No deposit is required at the time of booking. One night cancellation penalty if cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If you do not arrive at your hotel to check-in on your arrival date, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. 

The Promotion is only valid in the United States at participating Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. See our website for full details of participating hotels.  The Promotional offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards program terms and conditions apply. Visit www.ihgonerewards.com for details. IHG reserves the right to remove a member's points or cancel a member's account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected. If you are not a One Rewards member, you will be required to enroll prior to making a booking.

Tax, service charge, credit card surcharges, and resort/amenity fees are not included. Any other in-room dining purchases, minibar purchases and private dining are excluded from this Promotion. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. Not applicable with other discounted rate promotions. Rates are subject to availability. Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. The final bill at the hotel will be in the hotel's local currency. Hotel specific early departure fee applies.
