Terms and Conditions: Europe New Hotels Opening Offer The New Hotels Opening Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected bookings made from three months prior to the Opening Hotel Date until six months post the Opening Hotel Date. Select stay dates for this promotion are eligible from the Opening Hotel Date until six months post opening. The Promotion is valid for stays at newly opening participating IHG® branded hotels and resorts in Europe (the “Participating Hotels”) from the Opening Date of the Hotel until six months post the Opening Hotel Date using the Book Early & Save with Breakfast rate during the booking dates. This promotion includes up to 20% discount off Book Early & Save which is our Best Flexible Rate, when you book a room with breakfast.

The Promotion offers a discount of up to 20% off the hotel's Best Flexible Rate with breakfast which is a variable, unrestricted, non-qualified, non-discount rate and IHG One Rewards members will be eligible to receive up to an additional 10% discount on bookings made directly through IHG channels. Specific dates when the Promotion is available may vary at Participating Hotels and availability will be specified at the time of booking. Rates are per room, per night for up to two adults sharing a room and are subject to availability during the Stay Dates. Rate includes breakfast for one or two guests sharing a room. Six Senses® Hotels, Resorts & Spas hotels or Mr & Mrs Smith hotels are not included in this Promotion.

For stays at Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites hotels, bookings must be made using the Book Early and Save rate as breakfast is already included. The 10% IHG One Rewards member discount will still be applied.

The book and stay dates for this promotion are valid at Participating Hotels which open under an IHG brand and are valid for a period up to six (6) months from the Opening Date of each Participating Hotel. Exact opening Dates of Participating Hotels in this Promotion will vary. Hotels participating in this promotion are listed on the dedicated promotion webpage which can be found via www.ihg.com/newhotelseurope.

Promotion is valid for varying length of stay with a minimum length of stay of 1 night. Some Participating Hotels may require a longer minimum length of stay. Bookings must be made at least three days in advance of arrival at the hotel. The Book Early and Save with Breakfast rate is non-refundable, with full prepayment for the entire stay is due at the time of booking. No refunds if cancelled or changed. Once a reservation is confirmed, your credit card will be charged between time of booking and say of arrival for the total amount shown, regardless of whether or not the reservation is used.

The Promotion is valid at Participating Hotels which are opening under an IHG brand and which are located in Europe. See our website for full details of newly opening Participating Hotels included in this Promotion.

Bookings made through IHG Brand websites, IHG App, CRO or directly at hotel qualify for IHG One Rewards Points. Standard IHG One Rewards programme terms and conditions apply. In-room dining purchases, minibar purchases, private dining and other hotel incurred charges are excluded from the discount. City taxes may apply in some cities. Credit card guarantee is required to make a booking. The Promotion is not applicable to group bookings. Unused components do not have a cash value and are non-refundable. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Rates are subject to availability with a limited number of rooms at participating hotels available for this Promotion.  Blackout dates (days when the offers are not available) may apply in some participating hotels. Final bill will be in hotel's local currency. 

IHG reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time with or without notice and without any liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG reserves the right of final interpretation of this Promotion.
