雅高教學：雅高心藝家（ALL Heartists）員工價和親友價介紹

很多大型酒店集團都有為旗下員工提供員工價和親友價，使他們預訂酒店時享有大幅度的折扣，包括 IHG、希爾頓、萬豪等。今天來說說雅高的員工價 — ALL Heartists，及其親友價。

一、雅高員工價

雅高給它們的員工價計劃命名為 All Heartist，Heartist = Heart + Artist，中文名為「心藝家」。它要表達的意思是雅高的員工對工作充滿熱情和專業，掌握服務他人的富有創造力的藝術。其目的是讓員工通過自己的體驗，來更好的服務和提升顧客的體驗。

在 All Heartists 計劃推出的第一年內，全球有近 2,000 家雅高酒店參與了這一計劃。需要注意的是，並不是所有雅高集團旗下的酒店都提供員工價。

雅高員工價不僅適用於雅高集團的員工，還面向來自超過 70 個不同領域的合作夥伴，包括旅行、美食、健康、運動和購物等行業的員工。

使用雅高員工價其實很簡單，直接通過 ALL Heartists 員工價官網預訂即可，最重要的是入住時必須出示「ALL Heartists card」。

進入官網後，搜尋酒店時，可以使用員工價的酒店會有「Special Offer」的提示。▼

查詢房型價格時，提示「ALL HEARTISTS RATE」的價格就是員工價格。▼

雅高員工價並沒有一個固定的折扣，不同酒店的折扣幅度有很大差異，似乎是根據酒店的入住率來決定的。如上圖這家酒店，員工價比預付價還便宜了接近一半，折扣力度相當之大，而且不需要預付，可以免費取消。

從上圖大家還能看到，這個員工價是可以賺取積分的，這也意味着可以賺取房晚。根據條款，員工價是否可以賺取積分須根據不同酒店而定。但是根據我有限的樣本來看，基本上每家酒店的員工價都能賺取積分。

使用雅高員工價有兩點需要注意的。一個是每次住宿您只能最多預訂 2 間客房，另一個是您必須在入住時出示 ALL Heartists card，而且整個住宿期間員工本人都必須在場。

實際上，ALL Heartists 計劃還有一個獨立的官網和手機 App，您可以使用 ALL Heartists card 註冊，及下載 APP 到手機上，入住的時候打開 APP 就可以出示電子版的 ALL Heartists card 了。

二、雅高親友價

除了向員工提供員工價，雅高也向其親友提供親友價。親友價的折扣可低至 7 折，折扣力度還是相當不錯的。

預訂親友價基本上和員工價一樣，進入親友價官網後，查詢時也是提示「Special Offer」。▼

要使用親友價您需要滿足以下要求：

1．您必須在預訂的時候給酒店留言，告知雅高酒店員工的姓名和就職的酒店。

2．在入住的時候，須出示員工 ALL Heartists card 的複印件（拍照、熒幕截圖都可以），或者出示授權書。

三、員工價服務條款

Permanent offer in hotels according to availability.
Exclusive discounts on your stays in the group hotels. These benefits are for personal use only. 
Rate valid upon presentation of ALL Heartists card and ID at check-in. In case of non presentation of these documents, the staff rate may not be granted.

These rates are applicable on a maximum of 2 rooms per booking. As an ALL Heartists cardholder, your presence is mandatory for the entire duration of your stay so that your loved ones can also benefit from the benefits. 

*Depending on the hotel, your stay at the staff rate may or may not be eligible to earn ALL points. 

This offer applies to breakfast rates (depending on the hotel, this discount may be subject to a stay requirement). F&B discounts do not apply at Mama Shelter branded hotels.
Discounts also apply to Thalassa Sea & Spa and Willowstream cures (excluding medical procedures and school vacation periods in France), at Novotel Boutique, So Boutique and Fairmont Boutique, and on green fees and golf equipment at Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel hotels.
