Buy 3,000 – 39,000 miles, get a 40% bonus
Buy 40,000 – 100,000 miles, get a 60% bonus
成本分析：
购买里程从 1,000 里起卖，购买 40,000 里以上可享 60% 额外奖励。
每次可以最多购买 100,000 里，额外奖励 60% 后共获 160,000 里，价格 $2,956.25 美元。
